TFC-Flickr-Photo-CompJoin The Fantasy Collective for our first ever flickr contest! Every round we love seeing the imaginative pictures you produce of the amazing items our designers conjure up. This round is our birthday round and in celebration, we want to actually pay YOU back. Thanks to you, The Fantasy Collective has had an amazing and successful year! We are introducing this contest to show our appreciation. Please see the guidelines below to enter:

Contest begins September 30th and ends October 13th! Winners will be announced on the 13th via our official blog:
thefantasycollective.wordpress.com

Please be sure to subscribe to our blog so you don’t miss it.

– Any combination of at least 3 past items from The Fantasy Collective
Please credit the items accordingly as they will be verified!

– Submit to our dedicated contest pool:

Majestic

***Important*** Please be sure you are submitting your pictures to the dedicated contest pool. *Do not* submit them to the regular TFC pool.

– Please include “TFC Flickr Contest” in the title of your submission.

– There is no submission limit. You may submit as many pictures as you like.

– Group photographs ARE allowed. However, they may only be submitted by one person. (I.E. Only one person will be considered for the contest. This will default upon the avatar who submitted the picture.)

– Please use nudity tastefully and sparingly. (No obscene, vulgar, hateful or inappropriate pictures will be considered. They will be removed from the pool immediately.)

– Pictures submitted must be new.

– You agree to allow your picture to be displayed on the official TFC blog/flickr/website or any other social media owned by the event as well as displayed at the event itself.

Early Access beginning a week before the event opens. You’ll be able to experience and observe the work that goes into building, organizing and setting up the event whilst shopping.

Blogger Team Applications Now Open

Blogger applications for the blogger re pool have now closed, but don’t fret if you missed out!  We invite you to submit your application regardless to be put on the waiting list.  Thank you!

Being our one year anniversary of opening, The Fantasy Collective Management team have made the decision to clear the entire blogger group and re-open it for blogging applications.  You are invited to apply (or reapply) and bloggers will be voted upon by a management team to keep things fair and objective.

Applications opens 27th July and will end on 7th August.

The new blogging team will be announced on the 10th August.

A reminder of criteria:

1. Minimum of 6 months blog age.

2. Must be willing to post at least 1 post before opening of event and 2 after. (Total 3 post per round minimum)

3. Your blog must contain quality photography. What does this mean? Taste is a matter of opinion. But, we except crisp clear shots with little editing that does not hide or alter the actual item than is being photographed. No overly contrasted hues or film grains.

4. We will need you to post your pictures in the Fantasy Collective flickr pool.

August round theme & designers announced!

It’s that time again and we’re in preparation for a new installment opening on August 20th, 2014.  TFC also has a new home, so be sure to delete any old landmarks you have stored.  The new event location has been chosen and the build is almost complete!

August’s theme is all things New Orleans!  Think Witchcraft, Voodoo, Vampire’s, French Quarter, Mardi Gras, Papa Guédé, All Saints Day, ‘The Originals’.
